Announcement of Scrip Reference Share Price

Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announced on 29 July 2019 that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative in connection with the interim dividend of 13.75 cents per share payable on 11 September 2019. The deadline for receipt of elections was 16 August 2019.

The Scrip Reference Share Price which will be used in calculating the entitlement of those who have elected for the scrip dividend alternative is 1590p.

The Scrip Reference Price is based on the average of the closing middle market quotations derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 19 August 2019 and ending on 23 August 2019.

The Pound Sterling equivalent of the final dividend is 11.28p per share and is based on the average USD/GBP exchange rate as published in the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 19 August 2019 and ending on 23 August 2019.
