Secondary Listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange

The Board of UIL Limited ("UIL" or the "Company") announces that on 5 November 2019 its ordinary shares were admitted, by way of introduction, to a secondary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange ("BSX").  UIL is a Bermuda incorporated company and its listing on the BSX further demonstrates its commitment to Bermuda. 

The Board also confirms that, in relation to the transfer of UIL's ordinary shares to the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, admission of the ordinary shares to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 7 November 2019.
