Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility

Braemar Shipping Services plc (LSE:BMS) announces that it was notified on 19 August 2019 that James Gundy, Chief Executive of the Company's Shipbroking division, had exercised, on 19 August 2019, the nil cost options awarded to him under the Company's Restricted Share Plan that had vested on 25 July 2019. Following such exercise, the Company shall allot and issue 18,750 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Shares") to James Gundy under its existing block listing arrangements.

Following the issue of these Shares, James Gundy's total holding of Shares will be 525,278 representing approximately 1.67% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
