"The company announces that on December 23, 2025, investigators from the Israel Securities Authority ("ISA") conducted a search at the company's offices, as part of an investigation by ISA, regarding suspicions of alleged offenses under the Securities Law, 1968, and the Penal Law, 1977. In addition, to the best of the company's knowledge, several current and former company officers were questioned at the ISA's offices in connection with a Ministry of Defense tender that the company won in October 2024."
