Purchase of Treasury Shares

The Société Anonyme under the name "THRACE PLASTICS HOLDING AND COMMERCIAL S.A. " with the distinctive title "THRACE PLASTICS CO S.A." (hereinafter the "Company") announces that, in accordance with Article 49 of Law 4548/2018, Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, and the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of the European Commission of 8 March 2016, it proceeded, on 23/12/2025 with purchase of 1,137 treasury shares at an average acquisition price of €4.0154 per share, with a total transaction value of €4,565.50, through the member of the Athens Stock Exchange, BETA Securities S.A., in implementation of the relevant decision made by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on May 28, 2025, and in conjunction with the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 24 September 2025.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds a total of 884,815 Treasury Shares, representing 2.02% of the Company's total outstanding number of shares and voting rights.
