Notification on Transactions of the President of the Management Board with CICG Shares

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Cinkarna Celje, d. d., Kidričeva ulica 26, Celje, hereby announces that Aleš Skok, President of the Management Board of Cinkarna Celje, d. d., sold on 23 December 2025, 359 shares of the company with the ticker CICG, at a price of 31,60 EUR per share, with a total value of 11.344,40 EUR, 

The CICG shares were sold on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. After the said transactions Aleš Skok holds 50shares with the CICG ticker symbol.

This announcement will be published on the company’s website www.cinkarna.si as of 23 December 2025, and will remain available for a minimum period of 5 years.
