Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that on 15 August 2019 Mr Bronek Masojada, Executive Director, exercised 37,500 nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan to acquire Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each ("Shares") and sold the resultant 37,500 Shares at a price of £15.7501 per Share.  

The Company has also been notified that on 15 August 2019, a person closely associated with Mr Bronek Masojada sold 37,500 Shares at an average price of £15.7534 per Share.

The Company has also been notified that on 15 August 2019 that Mrs Amanda Brown, a PDMR, exercised 86,146 nil-cost options to acquire Shares under the Performance Share Plan and sold the resultant 86,146 Shares at a price of £15.6629 per Share.  

The above transactions were executed in GBP.
