3i Infrastructure plc (the "Company")

Purchase of new ordinary shares by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and Persons Closely Associated

In accordance with article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation, the Company announces the following beneficial interests of PDMRs (and/or persons closely associated with them) who have been issued ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (ISIN: JE00BF5FX167) pursuant to their participation in the Company's equity placing announced on 3 October 2019, at the placing price of 275 pence per share.

The Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Placing were admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange on 15 October 2019.

The Ordinary Shares issued to PDMRs (and/or persons closely associated) are listed in the table below.
