London, October 14, 2019 - Mereo BioPharma Group plc (AIM: MPH, NASDAQ: MREO), a clinical stage UK based biopharmaceutical company focused on rare diseases, received notification that on October 11, 2019, Peter Fellner, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mereo, purchased 23,800 Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP0.60 per share. On the same day, Peter Fellner also purchased 1,700 Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP0.61 per share.
