London, September 24, 2019 - Mereo BioPharma Group plc (AIM: MPH, NASDAQ: MREO), a clinical stage UK based biopharmaceutical company focused on rare diseases, received notification that on September 20, 2019, Alastair MacKinnon, Chief Medical Officer of Mereo, purchased 800 Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP0.57 per share.

On September 23, 2019, Alastair MacKinnon also purchased 1619 Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP0.61 per share.
