Theraclion's 2014 Registration Document

Malakoff – September 3, 2015 – THERACLION (Alternext, FR0010120402 – ALTHE), a company specialized in leading-edge medical equipment for echotherapy, has filed its 2014 Registration Document (Document de Référence) with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers – AMF) on September 2, 2015 under the number R. 15-064.

The 2014 Registration Document includes:

• the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2014 and the related statutory auditors' report,
• the information on the fees received by the auditors, and
• the required information in relation to the Company's share buyback program.
