Board Changes

Oakley Capital Investments Limited1 (AIM:OCI; the "Company" or "OCI") is pleased to announce the appointment of a new independent Non-Executive Director to its Board, Mr Craig Bodenstab, with immediate effect. Mr Bodenstab, a qualified accountant and CFA charterholder, brings a wealth of experience in finance and fund management to the Board.

Alongside the appointment of Mr Bodenstab, Mr James Keyes will step down from the Board with immediate effect. Mr Keyes has decided to retire from his role on the Board after many years' service.

Biography of Craig Bodenstab

Craig Bodenstab is a recently retired Partner and Director of Orbis Investments, a global asset manager with over £27 billion of assets under management, where he held senior executive roles until stepping down in late 2017. Prior to that, Craig was a Partner and Managing Director of Cameron Capital Management, a family office that focused primarily on managing private placements and convertible bonds. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and London Business School. Craig is a qualified accountant and a CFA charterholder. He currently holds directorships in a select number of private investment related companies including some not-for-profit organisations.
