Bally's Intralot S.A. (distinctive title "Bally's Intralot"), informs the investing public that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in the context of the resolution of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 19.12.2025, proceeded on December 23, 2025 through the member of ATHEX "AMBROSIA CAPITAL HELLAS", with the purchase of 467,000 own shares at an average price of 1.034833 euro per share and with a total value of € 483,267.01.

Following the above, Bally's Intralot holds 467,000 own shares, corresponding to 0.025% of its total share capital.

This announcement is issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of the Commission of 8 March 2016.
