MATERIAL INFORMATION

La agencia de calificación crediticia Fitch Ratings, con fecha de hoy, ha modificado la Perspectiva (Outlook) asignada a la Compañía de Estable a Negativa, confirmando el rating a largo plazo, así como la calificación de los instrumentos de deuda emitidos en 'BBB-'.

Fitch Ratings has today revised the Outlook on ACCIONA Energía to Negative from Stable and affirmed its Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) and senior unsecured rating at 'BBB-'.

Dicho rating se sitúa dentro de la categoría de Investment Grade.

This credit rating is within the Investment Grade category.
