Transaction notifications received pursuant to Article 19 of MAR

Legal basis:

Article 19 sec. 3 of MAR - information on transactions carried out bypersons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closelyassociated with them

Zabka Group SA with its registered office in Luxembourg (the "Company")informs that on 22 December 2025 it received notifications oftransactions from a person discharging managerial responsibilities inthe Company, i.e. Mr. Wojciech Krok (Managing Director - Żabka Future,member of the Management Committee), and from a person closelyassociated with him, i.e. Alexandria Investments S. r.l., submittedpursuant to Article 19(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MarketAbuse Regulation), repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC,2003/125/EC, and 2004/72/EC.

The Notifications are related to the transfer of the Company's sharesfrom Mr. Wojciech Krok to Alexandria Investments S. r.l., a personclosely associated with Mr. Wojciech Krok, following the share purchaseagreement.
