Şirket faaliyetlerimizin tamamının serbest bölgeye taşınması nedeniyle 01.01.2026 tarihi itibarıyla 5746 sayılı Araştırma ve Geliştirme Faaliyetlerinin Desteklenmesi hakkındaki Kanun ve Araştırma ve Geliştirme Faaliyetlerinin Desteklenmesine İlişkin Uygulama ve Denetim Yönetmeliği'nin ilgili hükümleri çerçevesinde Ar-Ge Merkezi statüsünün sona erdirilmesi amacıyla Ar-Ge Merkezi belgesinin iptali için Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı'na başvuruda bulunulacaktır. Ancak Şirketimizin Ar-Ge faaliyetleri serbest bölgede devam edecektir. Kamuoyu ve yatırımcılarımızın bilgisine sunarız.

Due to the relocation of all of our company's operations to a free zone, an application will be made to the Ministry of Industry and Technology to cancel the R&D Center certificate, thereby terminating the R&D Center status as of January 1, 2026, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Law No. 5746 on Supporting Research and Development Activities and the Implementation and Inspection Regulation on Supporting Research and Development Activities.
