Korneuburg (pta027/18.05.2022/14:20) - Correction: The change of the total number of voting rights is effective end of April 2022, not May 2022, as stated in the previous announcement. The corrected version shall read as follows:
Marinomed Biotech AG hereby announces that due to the exercise of the convertible bond with Nice & Green the total number of voting rights at the end of April 2022 has increased to 1,496,287 and the new stated capital amounts to EUR 1,496,287. The change of total voting rights has been effective since April 26, 2022.
