On 22 December 2025, 7,958 shares were sold to cover tax arising on vesting of 16,846 Ordinary shares of 15p each awarded under the Future plc 2023 Performance Share Plan ("PSP") on 21 December 2023, prior to Kevin Li Ying becoming a Director/PDMR of the Company.  The remaining 8,888 shares will be retained, as part of the Directors' shareholding requirement under the Company's 2023 Directors' Remuneration Policy.
