Lagfin annuncia il dissequestro delle azioni

In relazione al noto contenzioso tributario, Lagfin annuncia di avere ottenuto, anche a seguito della definizione intervenuta con l'Agenzia delle Entrate, il dissequestro di tutte le 214.079.997 azioni Campari precedentemente sequestrate, come reso noto con i comunicati stampa di venerdì 31 ottobre u.s. e lunedì 3 novembre u.s., e di averne, quindi, ripreso piena disponibilità. Lagfin announces the release of the seized shares

In connection with the well-known tax dispute, Lagfin announces that, also following the settlement reached with the Italian Revenue Agency, it has obtained the release of all 214,079,997 Campari shares previously seized, as disclosed in the press releases dated Friday, 31 October and Monday, 3 November.
