Subject: Judgment of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia

Further to the notifications dated 30 July 2021 and 14 March 2022, Dalekovod, jsc (hereinafter: the Company), as the claimant, hereby informs the public that on 23 December 2025 it received the judgment of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia in the case conducted under reference number Rev-913/2023 dated 16 November 2023.

Deciding on the Company's revision appeal as the claimant against the judgment of the High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia in Zagreb, reference number Pž-4194/2021-3 dated 14 February 2022, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia upheld the Company's revision and amended the judgment of the High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia, reference number Pž-4194/2021-3 dated 14 February 2022, in such a way that the appeal of PODRAVSKA BANKA d.d., as the defendant, was dismissed as unfounded, and points I, II and III of the judgment of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, reference number P-770/2016 dated 12 July 2021, were confirmed. Furthermore, reimbursement of litigation costs was awarded in favour of the Company.
