In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30th April 2019, the Company's issued share capital consists of 25,398,080 Ordinary 25 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 1,680,400 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30th April 2019, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc is 23,717,680.

The above figure (23,717,680) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
