Rechtliche Alleingesellschafterin von Global InfraCo ist Conyers Trust Company (Cayman) Limited (ehemals firmierend als: Codan Trust Company (Cayman) Limited), eine Gesellschaft nach dem Recht der Cayman Islands, mit Sitz auf den Cayman Islands ('Conyers Trust').
