Aéroports de Paris November 2015 traffic figures

In November 2015, Aéroports de Paris saw 6.7 million passengers, a decrease of 1.8% on November 2014. 4.6 million passengers travelled through Paris-Charles de Gaulle (-1.3%), and 2.1 million through Paris-Orly (-2.9%).

While passenger traffic continued to grow by 3.6% at the Paris airports between 1 and 13 November 2015, the events that occurred in Paris and Saint-Denis on 13 November had an impact on traffic at the Paris airports over the second half of November, which saw a decrease of around 6% compared to the same period last year

• International traffic (excluding Europe) was up by 1.0%, with growth in the following destinations: North America (+7.6%), the Middle East (+2.9%) and the French Overseas Territories (+0.5%). Conversely, three destinations were down: Latin America (-2.8%), Asia-Pacific (-2.7%) and Africa (-0.8%);
• European traffic (excluding France) decreased (-2.6%);
• Traffic within France was down (-5.9%);
• The number of connecting passengers increased by 2.1%. The connecting rate stood at 26.7%, up by 0.9 points on November 2014.

Since the beginning of the year, Aéroports de Paris passenger traffic has seen growth of 3.5%, with a total of 88.4 million passengers. The number of connecting passengers has risen by 6.3%. The connecting rate stands at 23.8%, up by 0.6 points.

Passenger traffic at TAV Airports, 38%-owned by Aéroports de Paris, was up by 4.8% in November 2015, and has increased by 8.0 % (1) since the beginning of the year.
