Following its announcement dated 17.09.2025, Alpha Bank S.A. (the "Bank") announces that during the period between 15.12.2025 and 19.12.2025, it purchased 2,653,482 own shares on the Athens Exchange, at a volume weighted average price of € 3.4439 per share and a total cost of € 9,138,237.81 as part of its Share Buyback Program approved by its Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting dated 12.6.2025.
