Appointment of Audit Committee Chairman

Premier Foods announces that Simon Bentley, non-executive director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee with effect from 28 March 2019. This follows Ian Krieger stepping down as Audit Committee Chairman and a non-executive director as previously announced. Simon Bentley has also been appointed as a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee with effect from 28 March 2019.
