CY4GATE GROUP HAS SIGNED A NEW CONTRACT WORTH A TOTAL OF APPROXIMATELY € 5.6 MILLION FOR CYBER SECURITY SOLUTIONS FOR A LEADING ITALIAN CORPORATE CUSTOMER

Rome, 23 December 2025 - CY4GATE (CY4.MI), a national and European player in cyber security and cyber intelligence, has signed a three-year contract worth a total of approximately € 5.6 million with a major italian corporate customer, aimed at providing antifraud solutions.

The contract covers the provision of Fraud Protection and Prevention solutions based on the Cognitive Security Platform, developed by XTN Cognitive Security®, a Cy4Gate Group company and a nationally and European recognised player in the detection and response to fraud and digital threats. The platform effectively meets customer needs in the areas of behavioural biometrics and fighting telephone impersonation, thanks to the use of cloud solutions and proprietary machine learning and behavioural analysis algorithms, enabling rapid intervention and constant updating of functionality. This consolidates XTN's position as an international leader in protection against financial fraud and risks associated with digital applications.

This contract is the second tranche of an already launched project, confirming the growing demand for advanced cyber security solutions with specific reference to anti-fraud measures. In particular, there is strong interest in technologies that support prevention and protection processes in the Banking sector and adjacent sectors such as Telecoms, Automotive, Gambling and Energy.
