Rosenbauer International AG: Change at the top of Rosenbauer Group

Leonding (pta039/29.07.2022/13:40) - After eleven years at the top of the Rosenbauer Group, Dieter Siegel will be stepping down as CEO at his own request and in agreement with the Supervisory Board at the end of the month.

The Supervisory Board takes note of his decision and thanks Dieter Siegel for his merits, particularly in the area of e-mobility and the associated strategic realignments of the Group.

As of August 1, 2022, Sebastian Wolf will take over as the new CEO. He has worked for the Group since 2008 and will continue to hold the position of Chief Financial Officer.
