Eiffage announces the publication of new amendment to APRR concession contract

This amendment provides for the merger of the Tunnel Maurice Lemaire (TML) concession with the APRR contract thereby allowing a significant reduction in TML tariffs in exchange for a 10 month extension to the APRR contract to 30 November 2035 (the TML contract being aligned with that new maturity).

APRR has also undertaken to reimburse and cancel certain subsidies relating to the TML as well as co-fund certain investments by the State.

The AREA concession contract remains unchanged with a maturity of 30 September 2036.
