GENFIT ANNOUNCES ITS FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2016

Lille (France), Cambridge (Massachusetts, United States), February 4, 2016 – GENFIT (Euronext: GNFT - ISIN: FR0004163111), a biopharmaceutical company at the forefront of developing therapeutic and diagnostic solutions in metabolic and inflammatory diseases, that notably affect the liver or the gastrointestinal system, today announces its provisional financial calendar for 2016, which is set as follows:

February 4, 2016:	Publication of 2015 financial statements
	The 2015 Financial Report will be released during the month of February 2016
April 26, 2016:	Publication of revenue and cash position as of March 31, 2016
June 21, 2016:	Annual shareholders meeting
September 26, 2016:	Publication of half-year financial results
November 8, 2016:	Publication of revenue and cash position as of September 30, 2016
