Additional Listing

London, 28 January 2019 - Energean Oil and Gas plc (LSE: ENOG, TASE: אנאג), the London Premium Listed FTSE 250 and Tel Aviv Listed TA-90 E&P company with operations offshore Israel, Greece and the Adriatic, wishes to announce that Company has applied to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange for 174,138 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. This is in connection with the transaction relating to the issuance of shares to Capital Energy Investments Limited and HIL Hydrocarbon Investments Limited, as described in the Director/PDMR announcement made on Monday, 21 January 2019. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. It is anticipated that these shares will be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on Tuesday, 29 January 2019. 

Furthermore, the Company has applied to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 660,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. This block listing relates to the shares allotted from time to time in accordance with the vesting thereof pursuant to the Company's Admission Award scheme (in connection with the Company's initial public offering). These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. It is anticipated that the block listing of shares will be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on Tuesday, 29 January 2019.
