REPORT ON PAYMENTS MADE TO GOVERNMENTS (EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRIES)

The meeting of the Bouygues Board of Directors held on 23 February 2016 to adopt the annual financial statements also approved the text of the report on payments made to governments, prepared in accordance with Article L. 225-102-3 of the French Commercial Code.

In line with the Group's obligations regarding the publication of regulated information, that report is reproduced below.
