The Directors of European Metals Holdings Limited ("European Metals" or "the Company") (ASX and AIM: EMH) today released the following announcement on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") as required under the listing rules of the ASX in relation to the issue of A Class Performance Shares as approved by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 18 December 2018.
