Monika Wildner, Michael Stanton and Klaus Hirschler resign from the Supervisory Board effective 31 October 2022. SOF-11 Klimt CAI S.à.r.l. appoints David Smith to the Supervisory Board instead of Laura Rubin.

Today, the Supervisory Board members Dr. Monika Wildner, Michael Stanton and Univ.- Prof. Dr. Klaus Hirschler informed CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (the "Company") that they will resign from the Company's Supervisory Board effective 31 October 2022.

Furthermore, the majority shareholder of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG, SOF-11 Klimt CAI S.à.r.l. has appointed David Smith to the Supervisory Board using its delegation rights under the registered shares held. Mr. Smith, a Senior Vice President at Starwood Capital, follows Laura Rubin, who has been recalled from her mandate.
