Repurchase of shares in the context of the liquidity contract

In the framework of the liquidity contract (see press release dated Mar. 1st, 2016), Proximus announces today that Kepler-Cheuvreux on behalf of Proximus has bought 140,772 own shares during the period between 15 December 2025 and 19 December 2025 on Euronext Brussels.

During the same period, Kepler-Cheuvreux on behalf of Proximus has sold 128,029 own shares and consequently this results in a net increase of 12,743 own shares.
