This is an English translation of a Hebrew immediate report of the Company (as defined below), that was published on December 22, 2025 (Reference No.: 2025-01-101790) (hereafter: the �Hebrew Version�). This English version is voluntary and only for convenience purposes. This is not an official translation and has no binding force. Immediate Report � Receipt of Follow-Up Order from Existing Customer Further to the immediate report of Hiper Global Ltd. ("the Company") dated October 22, 2025 (Reference No.: 2025-01-079191) (the �Initial Report�) regarding the receipt of an order in a total amount of approximately $11 million, following the winning of a tender by a subsidiary under its control (the �Subsidiary�) from a major existing customer in the United States for the supply of computing systems, the Company is pleased to announce that, on December 21, 2025, the Subsidiary received an additional binding order for the supply of computing systems for a new generation of the customer�s products, in a total amount of approximately $24 million (the �Follow-Up Order�). In the Group�s assessment, supplies under the Follow-Up Order are expected to commence in the third quarter of 2026 and to be completed over several months. In the Group�s assessment, and based on the customer�s forecasts, additional follow-up orders under this project are expected to be received from time to time, depending on demand for the customer�s products. Upon execution of the supplies, revenues will be reflected within the reporting framework of the Group�s U.S. segment. The information detailed above regarding projected orders, product delivery period and commencement date of supply constitutes forward-looking information, as defined in the Securities Law, 1968, based on the Company�s assumptions, assessments and on the basis of data in its possession as of this date.
