Publication of the 2015 Registration Document

Bureau Veritas has submitted on March 29, 2016 its 2015 Registration Document (« Document de référence 2015 ») with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

The document is available to the public in accordance with the provisions of regulations currently in force.

The Registration document includes notably:

• the 2015 Financial Annual Report;
• the Chairman's report on internal control procedures and on corporate governance and the related statutory auditors' reports;
• the information related to the fees paid to statutory auditors for the financial year 2015;
• a description of the shares buyback program.
