BAWAG Group AG: Notification pursuant to Section 135 Para 3 Austrian Stock Exchange Act ("BörseG")

Vienna (pta030/04.11.2022/17:20) - BAWAG Group AG (the "Company") exceeded the threshold of 5% pursuant to Section 135 Para 3 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act on 12 October 2022 due to acquisitions within the share buyback program as announced on 20 July 2022. On that date, the Company held 4 488 633 treasury shares which corresponds to approximately 5.04% of the voting rights of the Company.
