Provision of preparatory documents for the Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Compagnie Plastic Omnium

The Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Compagnie Plastic Omnium will be held on April 28, 2016 at the Pavillon Gabriel, 5, avenue Gabriel, 75008, PARIS, France, at 5:00 p.m.

Compagnie Plastic Omnium would like to remind of all of the ways that the preparatory documents can be made available or be consulted at this Annual Shareholders' Meeting.

A notice of a call for meeting – containing information on the results of operations and the results of the Group, as well as a presentation of the resolutions being submitted for a vote – is being sent within the required timeframes to Shareholders holding registered shares;
