CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR YEAR 2026

Milan, 22 December 2025. Generalfinance announces that, on the 5 th November 2025, the Company's Board of Directors approved the calendar of corporate events for fiscal year 2026.

Board of Directors	5 febbraio	- Approval of the preliminary results as at 31.12.2025.
Board of Directors	5 marzo	- Draft of the Annual Financial Report and allocation of profit for fiscal year 2025. - Report on the compensation policy and remuneration paid. - Report on corporate governance and ownership structures. - Notice of the Shareholders' Meeting to approve the Financial Statements as of 31st December 2025.
Shareholders' Meeting	10 aprile	- Approval of the Financial Statements for fiscal year 2025. - Allocation of profit for fiscal year 2025. - Report on the compensation policy and remuneration paid.
Board of Directors	7 maggio	- Approval of the Interim Management Report as of 31st March 2026.
Board of Directors	28 luglio	- Approval of the Half-Yearly Financial Report as of 30 June 2026.
Board of Directors	5 novembre	- Approval of the Interim Management Report as of 30 September 2026.

The Company employs the exemption pursuant to art. 2.2.3, paragraph 3, lett. a) of the Stock Exchange Regulations in relation to the publication of the periodic financial information relating to the fourth quarter of 2025.
