Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that on 3 October 2018 it purchased 70,000 zero dividend preference shares of no par value ("ZDP Shares") at a price of 112.68 pence per ZDP Share. All of these shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the above transaction, the Company has 20,791,418 ZDP Shares in issue, of which 497,790 ZDP Shares are held by the Company as treasury shares.
