Nexity's Reference Document dated 31 December 2015 was filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers on 13 April 2016 under number D. 16-0325.

The original French version can be consulted on the company's website: http//www.nexity.fr, under "Le Groupe Nexity/Finance/Publications et résultats/Document de référence". A free English translation will be made available at a later date.

The 2015 Reference Document contains:

• the 2015 annual financial report;
• the report on the manner in which the work of the Board of Directors is prepared and organised and on internal control procedures;
• disclosures relating to the Statutory Auditors' fees.
