ECOFIN GLOBAL UTILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE TRUST PLC (the "Company")

Disclosure of share sale by Partner of Ecofin Limited

The Company announces that it has been informed by Mr Bernard Lambilliotte, a Partner of Ecofin Limited, the Investment Manager to the Company, that Ecofin Holdings Limited, of which he is a member, sold the balance of its holding, being 350,103 ordinary shares, at a price of 127.50p per share on 11 September 2018.

Following this transaction, the aggregate holding in the Company that Mr Lambilliotte is interested in (via trusts and companies in which he has an interest) is 1,699,305, representing 1.85% of the issued share capital of the Company.
