At its meeting dated 22 December 2025, the Board of Directors of Ofis Yem Gıda Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. resolved, pursuant to the authorization granted under Article 10 of the Company's Articles of Association and within the scope of the Capital Markets legislation, to issue debt instruments in one or more tranches, with diversified terms and amounts in case of necessity without a public offering domestically, with an aggregate issuance ceiling of TRY 2,000,000,000 (Two Billion Turkish Lira), for the purpose of diversifying the Company's capital market instruments and evaluating alternative financing sources. An application will be submitted to the Capital Markets Board regarding the issuance, and disclosures related to the process will be made in accordance with the relevant legislation.
