HIPAY GROUP: Shareholders' meeting held on May 2nd , 2016

Paris, April 29th, 2016, 4:30 p.m. – HiPay Group (ISIN code FR0012821916 – HIPAY), the Fintech company specialized in online payments, releases the results of the vote of the Shareholder's Meeting.

The mobilization of HiPay's shareholders allowed the Company to reach a quorum of more than 60%.

All the resolutions proposed to the General Meeting were approved.

The Board of Directors wants to thank again all the shareholders who attended the meeting or participated by post mail.
