COMBINED ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF 24 MAY 2016

TERMS OF PROVISION OF THE WORKING DOCUMENTATION

The Shareholders of the company are invited to the Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting which will be held on 24 May 2016, at 10:00 a.m., in the conference room at the Espace Landowski at 28, avenue André Morizet in Boulogne-Billancourt.

The preliminary notice of the General Meeting, including the agenda and the draft resolutions was published in the "Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires" (BALO) of 18 April 2016, followed by an erratum published on 27 April 2016, and the notice of meeting will be published in the BALO of 9 May 2016.

The working documentation for the General Meeting, aslisted in Article R. 225-73-1 of the French Commercial Code, are posted on the Company's website (http://www.alten.fr). The English version is posted on the Company's website: http://www.alten.com.

The working documentation for the General Meeting will also be made available to the shareholders as from the date of the calling of the meeting. Thus, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions:

• any shareholder holding registered shares may, up to the fifth day, inclusive, prior to the General Meeting, request the documents listed in the articles R.225-81 et R.225-83 of the french commercial code from the Company (subject to the conditions prescribed bythe regulation) . For shareholders holding bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the submission of a shareholding certificate delivered by their authorized financial intermediary;
• any shareholder may consult these documents at the registered office of the Company.
