Director and PCA Dealing

The Company was notified on 08 August 2018 that Richard McCann, Director, has:

1.   exercised his 2015 PSP options over 68,345 ordinary shares of £0.005 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an exercise price of £0.005 per Ordinary Share; and

2.   exercised his 2015 SAYE options over 3,237 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of £1.112 per Ordinary Share; and

3.   received a nil value transfer of 100,000 Ordinary Shares from his spouse/Person Closely Associated ("PCA").  

Following this notification, having retained the PSP and SAYE Ordinary Shares on exercise, Richard McCann and his PCA have a reportable shareholding of 6,211,582 Ordinary Shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 5.19% of the issued share capital of the Company.
