The MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT group reported 1st quarter Sales of €145.7M, up 22.3% over last year. This strong growth reflects both an improvement in 2015 order intake (for the record, up +15.7% for the year as a whole in both number and value) and, from 1 October 2015, the integration of Camif Habitat and Illico Travaux. At constant perimeter, growth for the quarter was 15.1%.
Sales activity remains highly dynamic. Over the 1st quarter, the Group recorded 1,618 orders, up +13.5% in volume and 17.1% in value over 2015. They thus represent a turnover of €177.2M (excl. tax) against €151.4M (excl. tax) in first quarter 2015.
Order intake for the renovations activity at 31 March 2016 amounts to €10.2M against €3.5M of 1st quarter 2015.
For the fiscal year as a whole, in view of works in progress and sales activity recorded in 2015, MAISONS FRANCE CONFORT plans to continue double digital growth in production, thereby allowing it to gradually recover its normalised earnings.
Next press release: 2nd quarter 2016 sales, on 4 August 2016, after stock exchange closing.
