Board Appointment

Following the Company's announcement on 29 December 2017 appointing James ("Jamie") Lesser as Chief Operating Officer of MAFL, the Company is pleased to appoint Jamie to the Board with effect from the date of the Company's Annual General Meeting, to be held on 30 August 2018.  

Jamie has over 18 years' experience in capital markets, 13 years of which focused on the mining sector. Jamie is a co-founder of Chalkstone Partners, a political risk and community relations advisory firm. Previously, Jamie was a Director at HSBC Global Banking and Markets and other work experience includes Fairfax IS, Natixis Bleichroeder, Seymour Pierce, Panmure Gordon and Credit Suisse First Boston.  Jamie is a graduate of the University of Bristol and attended l'Université de Michel de Montaigne, in Bordeaux, France.
