("DX" or "the Group")

Grant of share awards and PDMR notification

DX, the independent parcels, mail and logistics operator, announces that, on 25 July 2018, it made the following grants of conditional nominal cost share awards over Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in DX ("Ordinary Shares") ("Recovery Awards") to members of the senior management team listed below.

Martin Illidge (DX Express MD), Michael Sherry (IT Director) and Kerensa Leatherland (HR Director), who are all considered to be Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs"), have received Recovery Awards under the DX Performance Share Plan 2017. These awards have an exercise price of 1 pence per Ordinary Share and are subject to continued employment and share price targets. The threshold share price vesting target is 12.5 pence per Ordinary Share with the target for maximum vesting of 40 pence per Ordinary Share.
