Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that on 25 July 2018 it purchased 50,000 zero dividend preference shares of no par value ("ZDP Shares") at a price of 109.5 pence per ZDP Share. All of these shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the above transaction, the Company has 20,791,418 ZDP Shares in issue, of which 331,290 ZDP Shares are held by the Company as treasury shares.
